What is the added value?
- Results of labs and tests can be safely forwarded with a comment by the general practitioner.
- Seeing which prescriptions are still available in the pharmacy (name, number and expiry date)
- See vaccinations and receipts
- Arrange a video consultation
- View Covid certificate and vaccinations
- Upload parameters to your file (e.g., blood pressure, glycemic values)
Each mobile phone number can be linked to a maximum of one Helena account by the patient. The doctor himself can link several persons (e.g., child, parents, with dementia).

You can find a very wide range of health information here, including :
- General health information
- Covid (certificates, attestations, vaccinations, Covid safe Ticket, …)
- Access management (authorizations, exclusions, therapeutic relationships, care mandates)
- My Health Summary (Sumehr): summary of the most important health data that can be viewed by you and a GP on call
- My reports & results: all known lab results and hospital reports from at least the last ten years
- Organ donations and advance directives
- My medicines: medication scheme, medication balance in the pharmacy, vaccination schedule, availability of medicines, contact point for side effects
- The prescribed medication can be ordered via this site with a pharmacy of your choice
- Population surveys: invitations and participation in these
Sign in with eID or ITSME. It contains all your medical information from hospitals and labs linked to UZ Leuven.
You can :
- Find the lab results, results of tests and imaging
- View and manage appointments
- View invoices and update your personal data
- Link your children to your medical record
Patients who follow an intensive pathway (e.g., cancer patients, transplant patients), have two-way communication with the hospital through Mynexuz.
